When I bought my iMac last year one of the things I missed was being able to do a quick edit with the picasa programme but this morning when I opened a newsletter from About.com, I found this listed :

Not a fan of iPhoto? Then Google probably made you very happy this week when they released the popular free Picasa digital photo software as a public beta for Mac. I took a look and it is nearly identical to the Windows version of Picasa, with just a few features which have not yet been incorporated into the Mac beta.
